Eddie Burns is a consultant and manager at Bank of America.  He currently leads various projects and initiatives within the bank. He uses Six Sigma Methodologies to improve and create processes. Eddie also serves as an Arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau. 

Eddie was in the real estate industry for over six years.  He was a real estate broker and managing member of Monument Land & Investments, LLC based out of Frisco, TX.  He has helped facilitate many real estate transactions and improve the negotiating ability of his clients.  He has served as a consultant and entrepreneur within the ADR arena including serving as an advisory board member for the design of an HOA’s dispute resolution process.
